Digital Design Weekly Blog

The more you design, the more you learn.
In order to advance my skill and understanding of the ever-changing digital world, I like to create a weekly project scope for myself or work on a small freelance project. Since my current projects are ongoing and have NDAs, this space is intended to present more creative and self interested work that makes me excited to be in the design world!

Week 4: Design an Invite for a party in space.

6/27/2023

This week, I designed a UI for a spaceship party invitation. I wanted to explore how the host and the invitees would interact with the app. I also challenged myself to create a dashboard-style interface on a mobile device. I realized that more screens would allow the host to edit the details and provide more information for the guests. I would love to hear your feedback!

Week 3: Animate 3 Loading Styles

5/22/2023

This week I challenged myself to design and animate 3 different styles for a loading screen. I also decided to add some variety of color. Do you have a favorite?

5/15/2023

This week I challenged myself to create a blog post for a bakery in Seattle. I felt inspired by the trend of 90s comic book style that has been appearing all over design platforms.

I wanted to create a simple home page an d blog style that would fit any website and easy to post. For my tech delivery, I went with the tablet to work more responsively.

Week 1: Create a error modal for a orchard in Thailand.

5/8/2023

This week I challenged myself to create a error modal for a orchard in Thailand. The prototype shows the user wanting to schedule a tour at the orchard but the time slot they have chosen is no longer available. Two options are given to the user to choose a new time or a different day. The error modal is intended to have a comforting work around to a frustrating problem.
